We have extensive experience in real estate consulting for public authorities. This experience ranges from small advisory tasks at the municipal level up to large advisory tasks for ministries that manage large real estate portfolios.

We work according to the motto that ‘no advisory task is too small’, for even a small property case can, due to poor handling, suddenly grow to become a hefty resource and economic load. The smaller tasks may include, for example, counseling on a very small, seemingly trivial case such as what price a municipality should offer public space to a local restaurant for signs or similar issues.
